FUNDED TRAINING COURSES

What is Funded Training?

Funded training gives companies the chance to offer professional development and skills enhancement programs to employees with full or partial cost coverage through public or private funding.

With these funds, businesses can invest in human capital development, boosting productivity, competitiveness, and employer branding. Training projects may include language courses, business coaching, mentoring, digital learning, and topics like well-being, diversity, and leadership development.

In Italy, various interprofessional funds and regional programs support ongoing training across different industries.

Main sources of funded training include:

  • The European Union
  • Regional and provincial authorities
  • Chambers of Commerce
  • Interprofessional Funds
