Are you still in time to study in the UK?

Learn English in the UK

The UK officially left the European Union on 31 January 2020 but students already enrolled on degree courses in the UK are guaranteed to be able to finish their course with the same conditions they already had. Current students are recognised as having “home fee status”, which entitles them to pay the same fees and enjoy the same privileges as UK students.

That’s because the UK is still in the process of defining its separation from the EU. But things are set to change on 31 December 2020 – when the divorce becomes final.

How can I study in the UK after Brexit?

Students applying to study in the UK  after 1 January 2021 will need to obtain Settlement Status. This is a free application process and can all be performed fairly quickly with an app on your phone. Once you’ve completed your request, it lasts for the duration of your course and will cover you for access to all public services in the UK. It also gives you the possibility to apply for British Citizenship after five years continuous residence.
